Job Description:

The NFR Pricing Coordinator role focuses on developing and implementing pricing strategies for non-fuel retail products across company-owned and dealer-owned convenience retail networks, a network of 1,200 convenience stores with 1500 SKUs, 200 lubricants service units and 200 car wash units. Annually, we sell more than 22 million cups of coffee, 8 million sandwiches, and approximately 30 million deli2Go and private label products, bringing quality food, beverages, and convenience solutions to our customers across Türkiye, aiming to balance profitability, customer value, and competitive positioning . 

• Comprehensive pricing ownership: The coordinator manages end-to-end pricing for company-owned sites, develops pricing strategies for dealer-owned network products, and sets pricing for private label items, ensuring margin optimization and competitive pricing.  

• Strategic framework and analytics: Responsibilities include building structured pricing architectures, defining category roles, establishing governance, and tracking key performance indicators such as margin and profitability, alongside conducting elasticity analysis.  

• Cross-functional collaboration and success factors: The role requires working closely with multiple departments to align pricing with commercial goals and demands strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to create scalable pricing systems that balance value and profitability across the network.  

 

Role Purpose 

The NFR Pricing Coordinator is responsible for defining and executing pricing strategies for non-fuel retail (NFR) products across the network. 

The role covers: 

- Company-Owned (CO) stations (82 sites): full pricing ownership of convenience stores 

- Dealer-Owned (DO) network (~1140 sites): pricing strategy for Deli2Go branded products. 

The objective is to ensure a balanced pricing strategy that delivers sustainable profitability, strong customer value perception, and competitive positioning in local markets. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. CO Station Retail Pricing (End-to-End Ownership) 

- Define and implement pricing for all products sold in company-owned station markets (82 sites) 

- Build pricing architecture across categories (entry, core, premium) 

- Optimize margins while maintaining competitiveness vs supermarkets, QSRs, and fuel retailers 

- Manage regional pricing differences where required 

2. DO Network – Branded Product Pricing (Deli2Go) 

- Define recommended pricing strategy for Deli2Go products across ~1140 sites 

- Ensure consistency while allowing controlled dealer flexibility 

- Balance dealer profitability with company margin objectives 

- Monitor execution and compliance 

3. Private Label / Owned Product Pricing 

- Set pricing strategy for internally produced products (sandwiches, beverages) 

- Develop cost-based and value-based pricing models 

- Reflect cost changes into pricing decisions 

- Manage promotions, bundles, and campaigns 

4. Pricing Strategy & Framework Development 

- Build structured pricing approach across SKUs (~XX SKUs) 

- Price laddering and Good/Better/Best segmentation 

- Define category roles (traffic vs profit generators) 

- Establish pricing governance and rules 

5. Analytics & Performance Tracking 

- Track KPIs (margin, basket size, sales mix, profitability) 

- Identify pricing gaps and opportunities 

- Conduct elasticity and sensitivity analysis 

6. Cross-functional Collaboration 

- Work with Category/NFR, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, Finance 

- Align pricing decisions with commercial priorities
