Job Purpose:
The position is reporting to the Strategy Manager, offering critical support in Shell & Turcas Strategy Projects. The Strategy Intern will engage in high-impact projects that drive business growth, efficiency & transformation. The role involves conducting in-depth market analysis, supporting strategic initiatives, and contributing to the overall project flow & process.
Principal Accountabilities:
This role may focus on some or all the accountabilities below, depending on operational requirements.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, assess competitive landscapes, and uncover growth opportunities across business units.
- Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to generate insights that support strategic decisions, including financial modelling, KPI tracking, and performance evaluation.
- Reporting: Create Power BI reporting to sustain provided analysis and data access.
- Business Analysis: Conduct business analysis to understand functional processes, to structure business problems, identify improvement area align with company strategy.
- Presentation Development: Support on high-quality presentations and reports that summarize research findings, strategic recommendations, and project progress for senior management.
- Collaboration: Partner with departments such as finance, marketing, operations, and business development to assist in executing strategic projects.
- Innovation Support: Participate in the ideation and development of innovative business strategies aimed at long-term value creation.
