What You'll Do
- Support the onboarding and success of Usersdot partners
- Assist with partner training and product adoption activities
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and business reviews
- Analyze data and turn findings into clear insights
- Track partner requests and support ongoing projects
- Support product testing and quality checks when needed
- Collaborate closely with Partner Success, Growth, Product, and Tech teams
- Contribute to initiatives that improve partner engagement and experience
What We're Looking For
- 3rd or 4th year university student
- Available to work at least 3 full days per week
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good command of English
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data and creating presentations
- Curious about AI, technology, and digital transformation
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Interest in e-commerce, SaaS, customer success, or account management
