Job Description:
NFR Smart Supply Portal
• Track the revised business case (BC), project timeline, and milestones of Smart Supply Phase 2 processes (planning, inventory management, logistics, collections, etc.).
• Organize Smart Supply project meetings; prepare meeting minutes and follow up on actions and decisions.
• Coordinate Smart Supply Testing (UAT), cut-over, and go-live preparation processes; ensure test planning and execution (~250 tests).
• Prepare weekly and monthly Smart Supply project status reports.
• Ensure coordination among IT, consulting partners, integrated suppliers, and business units (NFR, Finance, Operations, etc.) within the Smart Supply project (minimum 5 suppliers).
• Prepare Smart Supply project documentation (business processes, decision logs, change requests, etc.).
• Prepare project benefits and lessons learned during the Smart Supply project closure phase.
SPAŞ ERP Transition
• Manage and coordinate all NFR-impacting processes during the SAP transition.
• Coordinate SAP Testing (UAT), cut-over, and go-live preparation processes; ensure test planning and execution.
• Identify risks, requirements, and potential delays related to the SAP migration at an early stage and take action.
• Take ownership of new jobs and processes after SAP go-live, including:
o Monthly global performance calculation
o Supplier turnover bonus definition and calculation
o Logistics cost calculations
Compliance
• Compare all contract terms and conditions against issued invoices to ensure compliance.
• Report identified gaps and create action plans to prevent recurrence.
• Establish a sustainable control mechanism.
Fraud
• Identify and categorize fraud types.
• Analyze sales, inventory, return, and waste data at station and employee level to detect suspicious use of discounts granted to station employees.
• Conduct on-site investigations at stations together with field teams.
• Perform root cause analysis for detected fraud cases and develop preventive actions.
• Establish control mechanisms to reduce fraud risk (approval processes, authorization restrictions, IT developments, automated controls).
• Measure the financial impact of detected fraud cases.
• Create automated fraud reports and propose a governance model.
