U.N. Ro-Ro is the largest freight Ro-Ro operator in Turkey, 4th largest in the world. Company currently operates twelve Ro-Ro vessels from seven ports (Pendik, Ambarlı, Mersin, Trieste, Toulon, Bari, Patra) that services as the largest intermodal infrastructure between Turkey and Europe. The main Ro-Ro lines are Pendik/Ambarli-Trieste, Pendik-Toulon and Mersin-Trieste. At the ports in Pendik and Mersin, international trucking customers have the ability to obtain diesel at the fuel stations. Through U.N. Rail, there are many rail connections from Trieste to several destinations of Austria, Germany and Luxembourg. U.N. Ro-Ro carries all types of rolling cargo including accompanied trailers, unaccompanied semi-trailers, 45 feet containers, tank containers, swapbody containers, project and heavy cargo goods, busses, cars, motorcycles, tractors, oversize cargoes, wheeled machines such as cranes, excavators, mixers, concrete pumps and containers.
