Job Description:
In Shell Turkey, we have huge potential in non-food for our 1100+ Selects. We also have partnerships with Ferrari, BMW and Ducati in toy categories. Sn catman for this role will develop non-food and also private label in related categories.This role will be a NFR leadership role directly reports to CR Manager. Successful candidate will not only develop business but also support peers, contribute positive environment in NFR with can do attitude.
1. Category Strategy & Product Management
• Develop and execute category strategies in line with company objectives and market trends. Develop private label.
• Define product assortment, pricing, and promotional plans to maximize sales and profitability.
• Monitor category performance, analyze sales and margin data, and identify improvement opportunities.
2. Purchasing & Supplier Management
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for non-food products.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, delivery terms, and payment conditions to achieve cost efficiency.
• Build long-term relationships with key suppliers while ensuring quality, compliance, and reliability.
• Monitor supplier performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
3. Financial & Performance Management
• Prepare and manage category budgets, ensuring cost control and target achievement.
• Track KPIs such as sales growth, gross margin, stock turnover, and promotional ROI.
• Deliver continuous improvement initiatives in cost reduction and supply chain efficiency.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing, merchandising, logistics, and store operations to ensure smooth product flow and execution of promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with demand planning and replenishment teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
5. Market & Trend Analysis
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends, products, and opportunities.
• Evaluate customer feedback and adapt product strategy accordingly.
6. Leadership & Peer Management
• Develop relations with peers for a better and positive working envorinment.
• Show can do attitude as a leader
