Responsibilities and Duties
As an People and Culture Specialist , you will support and learn in all core areas of Human Resources including:
• Supporting full-cycle recruitment processes, with a focus on IT roles and talent pipelines
• Assisting in onboarding new hires and helping them adapt to Usersdot’s culture
• Collaborating with the accounting team for payroll calculations and documentation
• Participating in performance review processes and follow-up actions
• Helping plan corporate events, culture-building activities, and engagement programs
• Supporting documentation, contract management, and compliance with labor laws
• Assisting in the creation and update of HR policies, procedures, and tools
• Learning to use HR data for decision-making and reporting recruitment metrics

Qualifications
We are looking for an enthusiastic People and Culture Specialist who:
• Is a 4th-year or 3th-year university student or a recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field and has prior internship experience in a Human Resources department
• Can work 3 full days per week (hybrid or remote)
• Has strong interest in IT/tech recruitment and employer branding
• Enjoys organizing, planning, and supporting HR operations
• Is eager to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced tech startup environment
• Has strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for people
• Is fluent in English, both spoken and written
