As our Partner Operations Specialist, you’ll be the bridge between our AI products and the partners who use them. Responsibilities and Duties :
- Lead the strategic onboarding process, making sure new clients get started with clarity and confidence
- Deliver hands-on training sessions to empower users and answer real-world questions
- Open, track, and test Jira tickets for bugs and feature requests, working closely with product teams
- Offer real-time support in partner groups, keeping communication fast and helpful
- Prepare internal performance and activity reports to keep teams aligned
- Manage backend ops like automated product and keyword updates
- Create internal insights reports to monitor partner activity and drive improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 0–3 years of experience in customer onboarding, partner success, or operations roles
- A partner-obsessed, data-driven mindset, focused on improving the client experience
- Passion for teaching and simplifying tools, platforms, and workflows for users
- Strong attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through in task execution
- Familiarity with Jira, Microsoft 365, and marketplace environments is a plus
- Fluent in English, with the ability to work with global clients and teams
- Comfortable in fast-paced, Agile environments, especially within startups or tech companies
- Bonus: Experience in SaaS tools, customer-facing platforms, or e-commerce analytics.
