Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on potential B2B clients and build a database. Identify decision-makers focusing on customer needs.
  • Establish initial contact with potential clients and initiate relationships. Provide information about our products and services.
  • Arrange demo calls with potential clients and conduct presentations. Collect and analyze customer feedback.
  • Conduct company analyzes before meetings and prepare presentations. Assist in preparing sales teams for meetings and provide support.
  • Monitor sales processes and record customer interactions. Manage customer relationships and ensure continuous follow-up.
  • Analyze discrepancies between product offerings and customer needs. Report differences between sales targets and actual sales.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance. Prepare regular reports for sales teams and senior management.
  • Navigate key decision makers to build Usersdot awareness within organizations
  • Initiating, negotiating and closing new and expansion contracts with customers
  • Communicating and coordinating issues appropriately including billing, legal, onboarding, and technical inquiries
  • Providing recommendations based on customer's business needs and usage patterns
  • Serving as the voice of the customer and collecting feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience in an e-commerce or a tech company, preferably worked in business development, sales and category related positions 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Critical thinker, data-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency on CRM tools such Salesforce, Hubspot, Jira etc and strong analytical skills is a plus
  • Knowledge of B2B sales cycle process.
  • A customer centric attitude and ability to develop reports and build relationships with partners.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills with the ability to make quick judgment calls under pressure.
  • Desire to work in a high-growth scaleup environment. Ability to work in fast changing environment and deliver results consistently 
  • Open to direct feedback culture, prone to constant learning, taking initiative and not avoiding responsibility, self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and fluid environment
  • Interest in growing customer happiness and deepening customer relationships
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptive
  • Ability of thinking analytically and solving problems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a high-performing team.
