Future Commencer: Commencis’ Summer Internship Program

Future Commencer is Commencis’ summer internship program created for students who want to take their first meaningful step into the world of technology. Each year, we welcome a new group of engineering and design students who are curious, motivated and excited to grow through real experience. 

The program brings together interns across our Engineering, Product, QA, Cloud and Design teams. From the very beginning, Future Commencers work closely with their mentors, join team rituals and get involved in real project work. Instead of completing simulations or hypothetical tasks, interns contribute directly to what our teams are building, gaining hands-on experience in the tools, practices and ways of working that shape our projects every day. 

Our full-day onboarding session helps everyone settle in, meet their mentors and teammates and get familiar with the culture that drives our work at Commencis. Throughout the program, interns receive continuous feedback, attend learning sessions and take part in open Q&A discussions with our leadership team. The program wraps up with a final presentation day where interns share what they have built and what they have learned with our teams. 

Who Is the Program For? 

Future Commencer is designed for 3rd and 4th-year university students studying engineering, computer science, design, and related fields. We look for students who are curious about technology, eager to learn and ready to challenge themselves in a real team environment.
