Job Description:

Purpose:

In line with our objective to become the best Fuel Retailer in the world, Fleet Solutions vision is to provide the best mobility solutions through cashless payments and associated Road Services to our B2B customers on the road in Europe, Asia and North America. In Turkey, our business is pioneering at bringing new solutions for the market since 1996. We are on a strong growth trajectory and need a strong team member for exciting journey to sustain our vision. Team member will be part of Marketing and Business Development Team and support the achievement of Turkey Fleet Solutions business through non-fuel products and services (other revenues).

B2B Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and retention of the Fleet Solutions product portfolio through the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies. This position is responsible for crafting compelling customer value propositions, managing multi-channel campaigns, and enabling Sales Team with impactful marketing tools and insights. By leveraging market research, customer analytics, and competitive intelligence, the role ensures strategic alignment and differentiation in both fuels and non-fuels offers. It requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver high-ROI marketing plans, support lead generation initiatives and continuously optimize performance against key business KPIs. Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and a passion for customer-centric B2B marketing are essential to succeed in this role.

The position reports directly to B2B Marketing & Business Development Manager and works in close collaboration with Head of Fleet Solutions Turkey. It also requires strong cross-functional engagement with local Sales, B2C Marketing, Corporate Relations, Customer Operations, and other key departments including IT, Legal, Tax and Finance. Additionally, the role involves coordination with external stakeholders such as media agencies and third-party business partners.

Accountabilities:

• Design and implement the country-level marketing plan, ensuring high return on investment and supporting delivery of targets and results (T&R).

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to protect and grow the full product portfolio, while driving customer acquisition and retention.

• Own and co-develop marketing, media and communications briefs for customer value propositions in scope together with Marcom by identifying the target audience profiles, addressing key features to differentiate our offer against competitors and designing the key value selling arguments to run effective digital and traditional marketing campaigns to deliver business objectives.

• Lead prospecting, lead generation and CRM initiatives to increase volume and profitability in alignment with Fleet Solutions strategy.

• Build deep understanding of non-fuel products and services (other revenues) by conducting market research, gathering customer insights and analyzing competitors in collaboration with Sales Team.

• Perform customer, competitor and market share analysis to identify market needs and shape compelling customer value propositions.

• Ensure Sales Team is equipped with relevant product knowledge and aligned with the value proposition to effectively address customer expectations.

• Create impactful marketing collateral such as sales presentations, value calculators, brochures and website content to clearly communicate the value of our offers.

• Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns—including digital advertising, email marketing, and social media—by analyzing performance metrics and applying insights to improve results.

• Act as a key marketing representative for SFS cards, products, and services, ensuring customer needs across all segments are understood and addressed.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including resellers, customers, suppliers, and agencies.

• Foster marketing synergies with B2C Mobility Marketing Team to ensure consistent messaging and strategic alignment.

• Support the development of marketing professionalism across the Fleet Solutions EUAF region by sharing best practices and actively engaging with marketing colleagues in other countries and business units.

• Provide ongoing support to Sales Team and monitor business progress against predefined KPIs to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.


Key Skills / Requirements:

• 10 years of progressive experience in marketing management.

• Demonstrates a high-performance mindset, consistently delivering quality outcomes while upholding ethical standards and compliance.

• Maintains a positive and solution-oriented attitude, fostering an inclusive team environment through supportive leadership. Actively encourages collaboration, empowers team members, and contributes to a culture of trust, respect, and continuous improvement.

• Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to build and maintain relationships across a wide range of stakeholders including Sales, B2C Marketing, Corporate Relations, IT, Finance, Customer Operations, Legal and Tax functions.

• Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to synthesize executive-level insights and communicate them effectively through impactful presentations (PowerPoint).

• Proven track record of driving results through cross-functional collaboration and effective stakeholder management at both local and global levels.

• Experienced in navigating ambiguity and leading initiatives with flexibility, adapting quickly to evolving business needs and solutions.

• Possesses a strong commercial acumen and a deep passion for B2B marketing and customer-centric strategies, with a relentless focus on prioritization to drive growth.

• Open to feedback and committed to continuous personal and professional development.

• Project management skills are an asset.

• Fluent in English, with advanced proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
