Job Description:

Purpose

“ Digital Transformation & AI Lead” plays a pivotal role in achieving the Digitalization Targets of the LSC Türkiye Hub. The role is accountable for accelerating digital transformation and AI adoption across the Derince Hub to enhance operational performance, reliability, and efficiency. This includes:

o Driving the implementation of digital technologies, data-driven systems, and AI solutions that support operations, smart automation, and real-time decision-making. Acting as the Single-Point Owner for the Digital & AI Roadmap

o Ensuring all digital initiatives comply with enterprise digital architecture, cybersecurity requirements, and data governance standards.

o Delivering measurable improvements in productivity and equipment reliability without increasing total FTE, through digital workflow optimization, automation, and process simplification.

o Leading cultural transformation by enabling digital capability development, promoting analytics-driven problem solving, and fostering innovation across operational teams.

o Acting as the Single-Point Owner for the Digital & AI Roadmap

Principle Accountabilities

.

o Drive the Digital Transformation & AI Agenda at the Derince Hub, supporting the LSC Türkiye Hub’s ambition to become a Best In Class (BIC) digitally enabled operation.

o Lead site level digital and AI transformation initiatives, ensuring delivery of high value use cases that enhance operational performance, reliability, efficiency, and cost competitiveness.

o Analyze key operational data to uncover digitalization opportunities, guide decision making, and shape the site’s long term digital ambition.

o Act as the single-point owner for the site’s Digital & AI Roadmap, ensuring disciplined execution, prioritization, and alignment with enterprise digital strategy and capability frameworks.

o Partner closely with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to embed digital tools, predictive systems, and automated workflows into daily operations.

o Accelerate adoption of digital tools and AI capabilities to reduce manual workload, improve reliability insights, increase transparency, and enable data-driven decision making — without increasing total FTE.

o Lead and manage the local Digitalization Council, ensuring cross functional engagement, pipeline visibility, structured governance, and effective delivery of digital initiatives.

o Ensure continuous compliance with enterprise standards, including data governance, digital architecture, cyber security, and IT/OT integration principles.

o Interface with central Digital, Data, IT, and AI communities, actively leveraging global platforms, standard tools, and best practices to maximize value creation.

o Build digital capability across frontline teams, providing coaching, change leadership, and practical guidance to ensure strong adoption and sustained use of digital solutions.

o Maintain and update the “Digital Wall of Fame”, showcasing successful projects, AI use cases, automation wins, and best practices to reinforce a culture of digital excellence and innovation.

o Adopt Sustainability of Digital Tools

o Ensuring effective training, coaching, and capability development at scale.

o Integrate AI and Digital Tools with Legacy Systems and comply with PCD-IT policy &Cybersecurity & Digital Governance

Related to HSSE:

o Support all teams to Implement the HSSE Plans, Policies, Standards and Procedures according to the HSSE-MS.

o Ensure all new tools implemented as ALARP level in the operations

o Ensure assets are safe guarded and controls are in place for people to operate safely.

o Follow the HSSE Golden Rules, Life Saving Rules and Goal Zero mindset and behaviours and Promote HSE Golden Rules and Life Saving Rules.

o Support HSSE Advisor for HSSE tools management

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Required Experience Qualification

Engineering Degree with 3 years experience & analytical mindset

Ability to understand digital transformation frameworks, Industry 4.0 concepts, and AI/Analytics applications in manufacturing and supply chain.

Proficiency in data analysis, digital dashboards, KPIs, and performance insights.

Ability to translate plant-floor problems into digital use cases, and convert operational needs into technical requirements.

Understanding of data governance, cybersecurity standards, and enterprise digital architecture.

Ability to lead cross-functional digital initiatives involving Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain
