If you think you have the following qualifications;
- Banking industry enthusiast with a strong academic record (Bachelor’s/Master’s) and up to 2 years of experience,
- Fluent in English and Turkish, with strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills,
- Customer-focused, results-driven, and digitally savvy, with excellent communication and organizational abilities,
- Proactive, innovative, and a great team player who thrives in diverse environments,
- Experience in internships, volunteering, leadership, or a financial postgraduate degree is a plus.
