What is Anadolu Efes Sales Craft?

Anadolu Efes Sales Craft is designed to help you step into the dynamic world of sales by combining theoretical training with field experience. Throughout the program, we aim to provide you with the opportunity to learn the intricacies of the art of sales, discover your potential beyond your capabilities, gain professional field experience, and create career opportunities.


Who Can Apply?

    • If you are a senior university student or currently pursuing a master's degree and willing to be in the field with us for at least three days a week for six months, you can apply for the Anadolu Efes Sales Craft.
    • If you define yourself as someone with strong communication skills and persuasive abilities, someone who is inclined towards teamwork, energetic, curious, and interested in starting a career in sales, we would love to have you among us!


    Anadolu Efes Sales Craft Journey

      • You will have the opportunity to participate in a comprehensive week-long training program in Istanbul, where you will have sessions with various executives. This program aims to foster development in the field and provides you with the chance to create a project. It also offers you the opportunity to build a new career path by acquiring new skills.
      • You will gain theoretical knowledge from expert sales professionals in the field. Afterwards, with the support of an experienced field sales team and a "buddy" assigned to you, you will have the opportunity to put your knowledge into practice in the field. This way, you will experience sales strategies firsthand and go through a passionate learning journey!

      Recruitment Steps

      1. Application Period: May 27 – June 22
      2. Pre-Evaluation Process: Through the short answers you provide in the application form, we aim to get to know you better! / June 23 – July 4
      3. General Aptitude Test: We invite you to take an assessment to evaluate your verbal, numerical, analytical, and attention-related competencies. / July 4 – July 14
      4. Video Interview: We're excited to meet you! To get to know you even better, we ask you to complete a video interview consisting of a few questions. / July 15 – July 21

      6. Interview Stage: You’ll be invited to the interview stage to have your first meeting with the sales team managers and the HR Business Partner. / August
