As our UX/UI Designer, you will define how Usersdot feels.
From designing seamless B2B SaaS experiences to translating insights into intuitive interfaces, you will shape every touchpoint of our platform. You’ll collaborate across product, insight, and engineering teams, bringing clarity to complexity and designing with measurable impact.
Beyond product, you’ll also support marketing design needs, shaping how our brand communicates visually across campaigns, social media, and sales materials.
This role is roughly 70% product, 30% marketing, and 100% impactful.

What You'll Do at Usersdot
As a UX/UI Designer, you will:
- Rapidly develop and iterate on UX/UI designs across our SaaS tools
- Build user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces in Figma
- Collaborate with product owners to define use cases and transform them into user-centric journeys
- Conduct user research and usability tests to validate ideas and optimize flows
- Translate insights into design systems and scalable UI patterns
- Work with developers to ensure pixel-perfect handoff and high-fidelity implementation
- Contribute to marketing needs including landing pages, social content, decks, and event visuals
- Lead design QA during sprints and product releases
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of professional UX/UI experience, preferably within B2B SaaS
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
- Experience in creating and maintaining design systems and interactive prototypes
- Strong grasp of layout, visual hierarchy, typography, and color usage
- Ability to design on-brand product visuals such as banners, feature callouts, and in-app graphics to support product communication
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or similar (Industrial Product Design is a plus)
- User research skills with the ability to turn feedback into design improvements
- Familiarity with Miro and Zeplin is a bonus
- Basic understanding of front-end limitations and handoff best practices
