About the Role
As a Digital Marketing & Operations Intern, you’ll be at the intersection of brand storytelling, content creation, and operational execution.
You’ll work directly with our core team to manage digital campaigns, community communications, event operations, and platform processes that bring our ecosystem to life.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn how a growth platform scales its community, builds engagement, and connects thousands of founders and investors across regions.
What You’ll Do
- Support digital marketing campaigns across email, social, and web
- Help organize and operate online and offline events and programs
- Create and schedule content aligned with helo.land’s brand and tone
- Assist in managing partnerships, mailing lists, and community channels
- Track engagement metrics and contribute creative ideas for growth
- Coordinate with design and tech teams on ongoing marketing projects
What We’re Looking For
- University student or recent graduate (0–1 year experience)
- Preferably studying Business Administration, Economics, Communication, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or Management Information Systems (but all disciplines are welcome)
- Strong interest in startups, technology, and digital media
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- Understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.)
- Organizational mindset and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn marketing automation, analytics, and no-code tools
- Previous experience in a startup, community, or marketing-related project is a strong plus
- Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
