About the Role
As a Business Analyst Intern, you’ll work closely with our operations, growth, and platform teams to support analytical and operational decision-making across helo.land’s programs.
You’ll contribute to data analysis, reporting, and process improvement efforts, helping teams turn insights into structured and actionable outputs.
This role is suitable for students or recent graduates who are interested in business analysis, operations, and working within a startup and investment-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze business and operational data across helo.land programs
- Support internal reporting and performance tracking
- Conduct market, sector, and ecosystem research
- Prepare short analytical briefs and summaries for internal use
- Assist in organizing workflows, documentation, and data structures
- Collaborate with investment, marketing, and tech teams on cross-functional tasks
What We’re Looking For
- University student or recent graduate (0–1 year experience)
- Preferably studying Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related fields (all disciplines welcome)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear and structured communication skills
- Strong command of English (written & spoken)
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, or Airtable is a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
