ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Human Resources Generalist, your role will encompass essential HR functions such as payroll, personnel management, training, orientation, occupational health and safety, and internal communication and organization. Additionally, you will actively participate in departmental processes such as Corporate Social Responsibility.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage payroll and personnel processes.
- Coordinate recruitment processes (posting job ads, conducting interviews, and candidate communication).
- Ensure that Human Resources procedures are kept up to date.
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure they are executed flawlessly.
- Play an active role in planning and completing the orientation process.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports.
- Manage corporate social responsibility initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.
- Support training and development activities.
- Actively participate in the planning and preparation of internal company events and create presentations for these events.
- Facilitate internal communication and announcements.
- Contribute to the implementation of the company's occupational health and safety policies and take an active role.
