Dimensions
Road Transport Turkiye operates as a business unit generating an annual net positive recovery of $5-6 million. The Road Transport Manager holds full ownership and is accountable for delivering business outcomes. RT Manager owns 6 Contracts with 3 Hauliers operating under 3 different modes (1) NDOS – Lane rate, (2) NDOS - "Fixed & Varaible", (3) Mode 1. Annual contract value approx. $37mln ($260mln ACV)
Turkiye Road Transport
• Works in 8 different geographical regions
• Carries 2.6 Mln m3 product with 3 Hauliers
• Drives more than 22 Mln kms per annum with 200 trucks and 550 drivers
• Delivers product to both VMI and Non-VMI Mobility Dealers
As the RT Integrator, you will play a crucial role in interfacing with key internal stakeholders of RT Turkiye, including Mobility and Supply (Channel Optimization and Commercial Oil Operations), as well as in liaising with external stakeholders like RT Contractor schedulers and dispatchers reg. Shell expectations and core deliverables to ensure safe, cost effective and compliant deliveries to its customers.
The RT Integrator will report to the RT Integrator Lead and be based in country.

As a successful candidate you’ll take charge of all aspects related to systems and processes for successful outsource scheduling day-to-day operations. You will own and drive the tools needed for stakeholder engagement, ensuring Shell expectations and core deliverables are met, i.e. safe, cost-effective, and compliant deliveries to our customers.
What is the Role?
Operational Management & Stakeholder Interface
• Lead daily operational activities and serve as the key liaison between RT Contractors and Shell stakeholders, including Mobility, Supply, Loading Locations, and the Delivery Fulfillment team.
• Core responsibilities include:
Facilitating alignment on commercial terms and logistical feasibility across all stakeholders.
Monitoring RT Contractors’ adherence to Plan vs. Actual liftings.
Evaluating and challenging RT Contractors’ feedback on operational performance, particularly in relation to monthly demand forecasts.
Ensuring RT Contractors maintain agreed stockout and working capital levels, while identifying opportunities for end-to-end process improvements.
System Coordination & Order Fulfillment
• Act as the primary contact between RT Contractors and Shell systems to enable effective scheduling, loading, and delivery operations.
• Support the execution of Shell’s manually placed customer orders and ensure touchless orders are accurately submitted via MarketHub, with updated TMP mapping for RT Contractors.
• Address and resolve issues related to incomplete customer orders.
Credit Assurance & VMI Support
• Interface with Shell’s credit management team to oversee the credit assurance process for non-consigned VMI customers, ensuring blocked sites are followed up and demand is fulfilled.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting support to RT Contractors during VMI system outages.
Urgent Orders & Load Support
• Communicate urgent delivery requirements from Shell to RT Contractors.
• Administer Load Support Services for driver issues with Terminal Automation Systems or supply allocation challenges.
• Ensure movement reference documents are exported from SAP and received at loading terminals.
• Collaborate with Customer Operations to ensure vehicle visibility and order tracking during customer inquiries.
• Oversee manual advanced shipment notifications and authorize non-standard delivery requests.
• Investigate in-transit product issues and mediate disputes between customers and RT Contractors.
Documentation & Compliance
• Manage delivery documentation required from Shell as the shipper.
• Ensure compliance with legal and fiscal requirements, including communication with government agencies prior to loading and delivery.
• Maintain and manage master data within GSAP and VMI systems.
Performance Optimization & Strategic Collaboration
• Identify and implement performance improvements across cost, efficiency, and value creation through continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.
• Contribute to the Cluster Road Transport cost budget and collaborate with Finance, Mobility, Products/CO, and New Business Integration.
• Extract and analyze data from relevant systems to generate ad hoc reports for Road Transport Türkiye.
Platform Leadership & Crisis Management
• Serve as the business focal point for the new Transport Management Platform, supporting both RT Contractors and Shell’s contract management teams.
• Actively participate in supply chain disruption and crisis management efforts.
SPECIAL CHALLENGE
• Transport Management Platform Implementation: Road Transport Türkiye is transitioning to outsourced scheduling via RT Contractors using the Transport Management Platform. This shift may present operational challenges that must be proactively addressed by the Road Transport Integrator, in close collaboration with the global system owner and deployment teams.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: The Road Transport Integrator must effectively engage a wide spectrum of internal and external stakeholders, requiring exceptional communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Value Delivery & Commercial Acumen: Demonstrate strong commercial insight to consistently deliver year-on-year value improvements, contributing to cost efficiency and service excellence.
• Resilience & Multitasking:
Workload surges to intense levels during festive seasons, price adjustment days, peak summer months, and weekends—transforming routine operations into high-pressure, fast-paced environments
Maintain a high level of resilience to manage multiple concurrent priorities and navigate stressful or uncertain situations, particularly during supply chain disruptions.
