Job Description:
Within the job family of B2B/B2C Lubricants, a range of Commercial positions can be found such as those in Sales and Marketing which aims to attract and retain customers, build long-term customer loyalty and create demand for Shell’s Lubricants; Business Development which looks to identify new opportunities as well as to leverage more from existing accounts; and Strategy which aims to provide expert problem-solving and project management support for the highest priority strategic issues.
To perform scheduling services and activities that support and facilitate outbound shipments.
This position acts as a focal point between SLO, Production Planning, Gantry, Warehouse, Transportation and other plant and warehouse personnel.
Ensure customer Packed/Bulk orders are delivered on time and in full (OTIF) as per agreed to service levels.
Provide shipping department with schedule and documentation for next day loading.
Provide shipment status reporting to all affected areas within LSC and Customer Service leads (SLO).

Act as resolution owner of Customer complaints. Feedback outcomes to CSS colleagues who will communicate with customers
Practice LAT behaviors, HSSE policies, and Shell Business Principles. Operate within the Manual of Authority and the Standard Offer Book
TMS responsibility and bridge with CO to have an accurate process
Coolant GI and GR processes. Daily/weekly communication with 3rd party for the edelivery notes
Support Sales during price increase period for allocation process
Focus on truck occupancy
Daily scheduling reports
Coolant operation and EDI control
Trade compliance check for planning
Support tests for bundle activities
Backup as other scheduling / logistics activites in the plant.
Manage relationships with key interfaces such as SLO teams, Production, 3PL, Planning and Warehousing to meet On Time in Full (OTIF) requirements.
Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Required Experience Qualification
Education and/or experience typically found with a H.S. diploma or equivalent and 2+ years related experience, preferably in distribution of packaged and/or bulk products.
Skilled in required legacy modules (SAP) related to Order Management, Inventory Management, Shipping.
Basics of Supply Chain processes related to Executing Order Fulfillment, Order Management, Inventory, and Logistics and Distribution.
Strong drive to satisfy customer requirements. (c)
Computer literacy in MS Office environment.
Proven ability to manage and prioritize a large workload to tight deadlines.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment yet possessing the willingness to work independently with minimal guidance / supervision.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with ability to interface with all levels within the organization.
