Job Description:
To perform scheduling services and activities that support and facilitate local Marine and Internation Marine
This position acts as a focal point between Customer Operations, Production Planning, Gantry, Warehouse, Transportation ,Custom offices ,Customers and Warehouse personnel
Principal Accountabilities:
• Ensure customer orders are delivered on time and in full (OTIF) as per agreed to service levels.
• Provide shipping department with schedule and documentation for next day loading.
• Provide operational excellence to marine processes for order tracking, loading ,planning and invoicing
• Support field operations from logistic planning to entire barge activities process tracking and coordination between customer
• Monitors vessel status and reacts to changes in vessel systems. Implements the loading and discharging plan. Cover barge scheduling as needed
• Informs, monitors and controls field activities of barges, supply agency boats and customs agency
• Monitor Barge performance, by providing Barge KPI reports. Submit weekly operational reports to Marine Planning and Operations Manager.
• Control contracts with logistics firms and provide reconciliation based on service received and invoices with logistic firms
• Provide support for regular or ad-hoc requests of the sales teams
• Provide and maintain accurate and accessible marine operations data in both internal data systems and ERP systems
• Support and participate in field and customer visits in order to improve operational efficiency
• Archive marine operations documents and maintain sustainable archive system
• Control marine orders on the sanction list before order to shipment process
• Superuser activities ; testing and working close with local & global project teams for new requirements
• Continuous Improvements:
Proactively identify and recommend CI initiatives, support or lead CI
projects.
Identify new opportunities for automation
• Provide shipment status reporting to all affected areas within Lubricant Supply Chain and Customer Operations
• Act as resolution owner of Customer complaints.
• Practice LAT behaviors, HSSE policies, and Shell Business Principles. Operate within the Manual of Authority and the Standard Offer Book
Key Challenges:
Manage relationships with key interfaces such as Customer Operations, Production, Planning and Warehousing to meet On Time in Full (OTIF) requirements

Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor degree ( min 2+ years related experience will be preffered) or equivalent experience in packaged and bulk products.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with ability to interface with all levels within the organization and external partners
• Strong analysis and problem solving ability
• Drive, self-motivated, high on achievement; result-oriented, able to work under pressure
• Basics of Supply Chain processes related to Executing Order Fulfillment, Order Management, Inventory, and Logistics and Distribution.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize a large workload to tight deadlines
• Strong drive to satisfy customer requirements.
• Fully compliant with ISO9001 Management Quality system, and ISO27001 Information security management system sstandards/procedures/work instruction
• Skilled in required legacy modules (SAP) related to Order Management, Inventory Management, Shipping Possess a strong Customer service ethic and ability to understand, meet and champion the Customer’s needs, while staying within the policies and procedures of Shell
