Job Description:
The Strategy & Analytics Advisor is a key strategic partner to the CR Manager and senior leadership, driving insight based decisions and long term business value across the NFR organization. The role leads strategic analysis, supports the development of business strategies, and ensures alignment with the broader commercial and operational agenda. Serving as the analytical and strategic focal point, this position plays a central role in evaluating opportunities, guiding prioritization, and supporting critical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Advisory
• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive data driven strategy that supports NFR growth and long term business objectives.
• Provide forward-looking strategic insights, identifying market trends, risks, and opportunities for senior leadership.
• Guide scenario modeling, business cases, and long-term projections to support major strategic initiatives.
• Influence decision-making by translating complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
Cross-Functional Alignment
• Drive alignment across commercial, operations, finance, and IT to ensure unified strategic priorities and data needs.
• Act as a central coordination point for strategic analytics and insights across NFR and global stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions that shape investment decisions, customer strategies, and performance priorities.
Performance Management & KPIs
• Oversee the definition, evolution, and refinement of KPIs to reflect changing business dynamics.
• Monitor performance trends and identify areas requiring strategic intervention.
• Ensure that key metrics support strategic priorities, not only operational reporting.
Strategic Project Leadership
• Serve as the analytical business partner for high-impact projects, preparing strategic evaluations, opportunity assessments, and value-driver insights.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning with a strategic lens.
Requirements:
• Experience in strategy, business analysis, management consulting, analytics, or a similar strategic role.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, scenario planning, and strategic analysis.
• Advanced data analytics & data interpretation capability; able to synthesize complex findings into strategic insights.
• Solid understanding of commercial performance drivers and cross-functional interdependencies.
• Proficiency with Alteryx, Python, SQL
• Proficiency with Power BI
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to articulate insights in a clear, concise, executive-ready form.
• Experience working with senior leadership and global teams.
• Capacity to build strong partnerships across commercial, operational, financial, and technical functions.
