Responsibilities
- Assist in daily accounting and finance operations,
- Support invoice, payment, and collection processes,
- Monitor and report bank transactions,
- Assist in monthly financial reporting,
- Contribute to filing and archiving processes,
- Enter and verify data in ERP/accounting systems.
Qualifications
- Currently studying in Economics and Administrative Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields (3rd or 4th year preferred)
- Postgraduate or MBA students are also welcome,
- Good command of MS Office programs, especially Excel,
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail,
- Good communication skills and a team player,
- Preferably available at least 3 days per week,
- Candidates who speak Spanish will be given priority consideration.
