Job Description:
To supervise the execution of engineering & maintenance activities and OPEX in the Plant as determined by the maintenance schedule and in accordance with agreed cost targets and HSSE, Security and Environmental targets.
Average maintenance activity on site: 1 contracted companies with average 15 staff working on site at a time Maintenance Opex: 1-1.5M USD/a
Purpose & Accountabilities
Ensure all mechanical & electrical maintenance activities are carried out described in GSAP/Streamline.including the keeping of records, monitoring of maintenance costs, and production performance, and are performed in accordance with the agreed schedules and consistent with HSSE rules and standard opearting procedures (c)
Understanding and use of all the L-GAME process (Reliability and Integrity Process, Maintenance Execution Process) in accordance with the Asset Management System.
Takes responsibility of maintaining mechanic & pneumatic &electrical equipment within the plant (c)Takes responsibility of utilities of the plant for steam and hot oil boilers and contractor team
Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and provide preventive maintenance services. (c)
Maintain equipment availability and minimize equipment downtime (establish an agreed KPI to take monthly monitoring, i.e. Planned Maintenance, Breakdowns, Maintenance Opex Performance … etc.) (c)
Promote a strong HSSE and Continious Improvement culture amongst team members and contractors. (c)
Coach, train and lead safety operators and contactors in performance of their duties.
Work with site all plant supervisors to ensure asset availability is maximized.
Minimize spending on utilities (fuel / gas / electricity / water) through efficient management of the related contracts (compressor units, boilers, treatment units, etc) (c)
Fully compliant with ISO9001 Management Quality system, ISO27001 Information security management systems, IATF 16949 International Automotive Task Force, TS EN ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, ISO 10002 Complaint Handling and Customer Satisfaction Quality Management Systems, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems standards/procedures/work instruction.
