Job Description:
The Lubeoil Filling &TPM Lead plays a key role in reaching the HSSE, Quality, OTIF and OEE targets in LOBP and working closely with Blending & Bulk Operation, planning, maintenance, laboratory and logistics departments and Grease Production and Filling Supervisor roles. Additionally, HSSE and Quality focal points are key stakeholders of this role.
Supervise all filling of Lubricants ( packed& bulk ) in accordance with GPC, LQS, IATF and ISO requirements and according to the Plan set by the Production Sceheduler and bulk schedulers whilst meeting HSSE, Security and Environmental targets.
Drive all Total Productive Maintenance ( TPM ) works for filling area and be focal point for the production team,closely work with Maintenance teams.
Asset integrity & process safety and stakeholder & people management are the most crucial aspects of this role.
o Size of the team: manages 16 staff (2 Filling team leads and 14 operators& 5 contractors )
o Manufactured Products: Lubricants: 160.000 mt/a finished products
o 8 packed filling lines & Bulk Filling Stations

o Ensure all packed and bulk filling processes (empty pack supply, , line set-ups, product switches, filling ,road tanker operations ,packaging ,labelling, Transfer &conveyor Systems, pumping ,piping, forklift movements and Pigging ) are performed in accordance with the Plan (set by the Schedulers) and consistent with HSSE & Quality rules and regulations.
o Ensure all filling operations are carried out in accordance with roles described in GSAP/Streamline.7
o Monitor line performance and lead productivity improvement initiatives using TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and C&I (Capability & Improvement) methodologies.
o Supervise all filling operations efficiently, ensuring alignment with budget, Quality & Environmental Management Systems, and HSSE requirements.
o Lead the full implementation of TPM pillars and autonomous maintenance practices across all production areas, promoting a culture of involvement, continuous improvement, and equipment ownership.
o Develop, implement, and sustain Operator Care standards, including Cleaning, Lubrication, Inspection, and Tagging (CLIT/CLI), ensuring proper execution across all filling equipment.
o Maintain comprehensive Operator Care checklists and ensure Autonomous Maintenance (AM) steps are fully deployed and sustained throughout the production teams.
o Coach and train operators on basic troubleshooting, early deterioration detection, and ownership of equipment conditions.
o Strengthen operator capability by delivering training programs, building competency matrices, and preparing One-Point Lessons (OPLs); drive continuous Autonomous Maintenance development.
o Improve line efficiency and OEE by monitoring reliability KPIs such as MTBF, and support continuous improvement of equipment performance.
o Reduce breakdowns and material losses through preventive and predictive maintenance activities, in collaboration with Maintenance teams.
o Conduct regular performance and TPM progress reviews, ensuring alignment between Production and Maintenance toward pillar objectives.
o Lead Kaizen and Focused Improvement (FI) activities, targeting changeover reduction (SMED), waste elimination, and process optimization.
o Apply structured problem solving tools including 5 Why, Fishbone (Ishikawa), A3, PDCA, and install poka yoke (error proofing) solutions to prevent defects.
o Identify and eliminate the Six Big Losses, implementing countermeasures to reduce chronic and sporadic equipment-related issues.
o Closelty works with the Lab& Quality team to reduce filling quality and of decreasing flush and waste oil and increasing re-use ratio for flush oils and increase RFT (Right First Time) results in Blending and Bulk Operations.
o Minimize product working losses (write offs / downgraded product / flushing oils) & achieve targeted level of RFT (right first time) in Blending and Bulk operations and work for Plant Margin Leakage results (Material Consumption Variance)
o Fully compliant with ISO9001 Management Quality system, ISO27001 Information security management systems, IATF 16949 International Automotive Task Force, TS EN ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, ISO 10002 Complaint Handling and Customer Satisfaction Quality Management Systems, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, ISO50001 Energy Management Systems standards/procedures/work instruction
o 8 packed filling lines & Bulk Filling Stations
o Manage rework operations of Lubemixes and part drums into permitted products in line with LQS requirements.
Perform as a back-up role for bulk base oils and additives stock counts for production team , and complete all SAP transections for Bulk Reciept process
o Closely work with Blending & Bulk Operations team and planning to decrease inefficiency for the lines.
o Supervise all labelling process & packaging preparation of all filling orders and co-ordinate all EMRA text issues and label swithes.
o 8 packed filling lines & Bulk Filling Stations
o Closely follow -up Supplier performance and Attend BPR meetings with suppliers , Track all pack and label problems and attended BPR meetings for all suppliers'
o Apply all PRR process for filling operations,
o Support the maintenance investment team for CAPEX project implementations.
o Lead new packaging transitions with global stakeholders and local teams.
o Keep all plant hardware in good condition for the continuity of operations through optimizing requirements & frequency of maintenance activities in coordination with Maintenance & Investments Manager.
o Closely work with Maintenance Supervisors to ensure all filling euipmemts and Systtems Associated Equipments availability is maximized by providing high level of AI (Asset Integrity).
o Lead new packaging transitions with global stakeholders and local teams.
o Support Maintenance & Investment team for Investment Proposal preparations
o Closely work with Production and Matearials Schedulers and Support new product transitions with regional stakeholders & Planning Team and take an active role on PCM process.

Related to HSSE:
o Implement the HSSE Plans, Policies, Standards and Procedures according to the HSSE-MS.
o Ensure risks of HSSE related activities are reduced to ALARP.
o Ensure assets are safe guarded and controls are in place for people to operate safely.
o Follow the HSSE Golden Rules, Life Saving Rules and Goal Zero mindset and behaviours and Promote HSE Golden Rules and Life Saving Rules.
o Proactively manage Isolation processes of Plant’s operational equipments prior to the execution of the projects with the help of Unit supervisors.
o Act as Permit Authorizer (PA), Isolation Authorizer (IA) in e-PTW system for his/her responsible area.
o Proactively manage all HSSE aspects of engineering activity execution and amongst team members and service providers and e-PTW processes.
o Lead assessment and implementation of the proposals coming from plant LENA idea box system and classify/RAM rate of PI/NM/Intervention reports and actively work for reducing and minimizing HSSE risks for blending & bulk operations.
o Take and active role for oil spill& ERP teams according to emergency response plan.
o Provide adequate training for staff to develop competence.
o Activley work for HEMP studies, perform SSWs.
o Ensure that e-PTW and e-MoC procedures are followed up
