Job Description:
CR Pricing & Projects Manager is responsible for leading pricing strategy & promotions planning with category managers. S/he will create value in NFR with growth & business development projects and S/he delivers actionable insights from external & internal data for categories/cutomers.
Lead Pricing Strategy & Promotions Planning
-Lead Pricing Strategy for more than 1000 SKUs in NFR to maximize profitability.
-Create the roadmap for Selects’ yearly promotion plan with category managers.
-Lead Margin management using consumer based pricing within fourcourt and supermarket retailers.
-Foresee margin & profitabilty trend of NFR composed of front margin, lubes income, supplier income and DO income.
Guardian of OPEX&CAPEX & Insight Generation with Reporting
-Create actionable insights for NFR department with utilizing new information sources such as:BDS, RSTS and CAT reports.
-Understand category dynamics & trends to give fact-based insights to business & category managers.
-Foresee cross-sell opportunities within NFR to maximize value & basket size from current customer base by using advanced data analytics & tools.
-Prepare & Present executive summaries, Board-PU presentations and high-class reports. Deliver best in class Business Cases, Capex, Opex, Category, profitability and PIR reports.
-Levearge related parties from Global NFR Team to create value.
New Business Development and Growth Projects
-Foresee new revenue streams and find new ways of creating value for NFR department with new projects.
-Unlock the value with focusing “integrated value creation projects” within retail department.
-Be the focal of NFR in key projects, work with different departments to extract value for NFR & Retail team.
-Explore digital opportunities and foresee digital trends to create value for customers & NFR.
Requirements:
-Retail and Convenience Retailing knowledge is preffered
-Extensive Analytics Capability
-Aware of Digitalization trends, keen to learn on new technologies
-Having Commercial Approach with quantitative thinking
-Advanced MS Excel & powerpoint skills
-Understanding of category dynamics
-Understanding of Pricing & Margin Management
-Experience in working in a fast-changing environment with uncertainty
-Experience in change management
-Relationship management and communication skills
-Analytical and negotiation skills
-Fluency in English
