Job Description:
This role plays a key part in optimizing processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving strategic initiatives within the CR Supply Chain.
Job Description:
• The primary objective of the Supply Chain Specialist is to support supply chain operations and business development through data analysis, reporting, and preparation of business presentations.
• Develop CR & Supply Chain dynamics and improve ways of working.
• Understand dealer dynamics and buying behavior for Select Market and NFR range.
• Analyze business processes and market conditions to identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
• Ensure logistics partners meet on-time and full-truck distribution targets across the Shell network.
• Monitor sales and delivery performance of car care products for suppliers and dealers, ensuring operational excellence.
• Calculate and report KPIs such as OTIF (On Time In Full), private label penetration, stock evaluation, and waste process.
• Act as a key member of the CR Supply Chain Project team to develop and deploy digital solutions for smarter and faster end-to-end supply chain optimization.
• Serve as a communication bridge between stakeholders to align objectives and deliver effective solutions.
• Act as Product Owner for the Select Ordering Portal, responsible for integrating suppliers and coordinating all business functions.
• Support the implementation of new supply chain models aligned with strategic growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with category managers to enhance supply chain operations for value propositions across CO and DO platforms.
Requirements:
