About the Role
As a Venture Operations Intern, you’ll work closely with our investment and ecosystem team to support startup discovery, research, and venture operations.
You’ll help us identify promising early-stage companies, track key markets, and contribute to the daily operations of our angel network and platform activities.
This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about startups, venture capital, and tech ecosystems, and wants to gain hands-on exposure to how venture platforms operate.
What You’ll Do
- Research and identify emerging startups across Turkey, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East
- Track accelerator programs, demo days, and regional investor activities
- Support the dealflow pipeline and maintain our startup–investor database
- Assist in preparing investor reports, summaries, and communication materials
- Contribute to platform operations and community engagement projects
- Collaborate with the marketing and partnerships teams to enhance reach
What We’re Looking For
- University student or recent graduate (0–1 year experience)
- Preferably from Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Management Information Systems (but all disciplines are welcome)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Interest in startups, venture capital, and emerging technologies
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, Trello, Miro, Figma or Google Workspace
- Prior experience in a startup, accelerator, or investment-related project is a strong plus
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and collaborative
