Responsibilities
- Assist in daily accounting and finance operations
- Support invoice, payment, and collection processes
- Monitor and report bank transactions
- Assist in monthly financial reporting
- Contribute to filing and archiving processes
- Enter and verify data in ERP/accounting systems
Qualifications
- Currently studying in Economics and Administrative Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields (3rd or 4th year preferred)
- Postgraduate or MBA students are also welcome
- Good command of MS Office programs, especially Excel
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a team player
- Preferably available at least 3 days per week
- Candidates who speak Spanish will be given priority consideration
