Training process

The program will last ~2-3 months and require ~20 hours of weekly engagement. Here's what you can expect:

Requirements 

  • This program is available only for citizens of Türkiye
  • Second-to-last or final year university students and recent graduates
  • Individuals aged 18 years and older
  • English level from B1 (Intermediate) and higher
  • Solid knowledge of Python Core
  • Basic understanding of algorithms, data structures and databases

Nice to have:

  • Software development experience in any programming language
  • Experience in machine learning

Recruitment Steps

  1. Register on EPAM Campus Training page by March 6. Once you have filled in all the required fields and attached your CV, you will find a confirmation with more details in your mailbox and notifications tab.
  2. Take the English test available in your account's "My assessments" section. You should complete it within 5 days of registration and achieve a B1-level result or higher to proceed.
  3. Complete the technical test available in your account's "My assessments" section. You should take it within 5 days of registration and reach at least 70% result to proceed.
  4. Have a phone interview with a recruiter. Our specialist will contact you if you are among the shortlisted candidates who meet all the requirements and have performed well on the tasks.
  5. Pass an online technical interview. You'll speak with a Python engineer and demonstrate your knowledge (this step will be available only to shortlisted candidates).
  6. Receive an invitation to the program. We will inform you of the final results via email several days before the start.
