Job Description:
To support our strategic growth target in NFR, our foundational growth pillars are expanding Select and deli2go footprint with new CVPs, launching new deli2go products and implementing new business models to create income from CO & DO channels.
This role is responsible for supporting category operations, deli2go truck and menu board management.
In more detail, CR Category Operations Specialist JG 7 will focus on category operational excellence. S/he will also be responsible for coordination deli2go truck with other departments. Besides, this role will implement 500+ menu boards and 600+ cashier displays’ visuals in 300 Selects.
Accountability
• Supporting new deli2go standalone shops and corners opening process, managing and controlling initial (opening) product stocks, machine, shelf, display, etc deliveries, POS material placements.
• Supporting new Select corner - standalone café projects by implementing feasibility (such as potential transactions and turnover calculations, field studies, etc)
• Reporting sandwich and bakery category return & waste data to category management team
• Supporting category managers for sandwich and bakery category new product design, tasting activities, package design process.
• Supporting new product launches and route to market operation set up in sandwich and bakery categories.
• Coordinating daily category operational issues with field team in to support category sales and footprint growth.
• Coordinating and supporting coffee machine maintenance and repair processes in coffee operations via coffee machine suppliers and Atos system. Monthly sharing of ATOS supplier repair performance reports.
• Coordination of spare coffee machines in field with supplier support.
• Monitoring and coordination of the Kahve Dünyası medallion assembly process with suppliers and format department.
• Coordination of Ferrari site stand and visual implementations with related parties.
• Managing deli2go truck operation in line with Format Manager. Coordination of ad-hoc truck activities with internal and external stakeholders. Building annual deli2go truck activities and alignment with stakeholders.
