Responsibilities:
- Sharing the daily shipment report with the field after converting it to a standard format
- Weekly reporting of product stock and availability rate information and sharing it with NFR
- Calculating supplier KPIs and sharing them with the NFR & Field team
- Defining user definitions for the order portal in the system
- Support for improving images on the Select portal and interface development
- Station product sales analysis and determination of the TOP 100 products
- Tracking and reporting of free product shipments aimed at increasing sale
- Ensuring the tracking and response of suggestions and complaints submitted via the Select portal
Competencies:
- Insurance covered by the school
- Advanced English level
- Able to provide support for a minimum of 3 months, 3 days a week
- 2nd or 3rd year undergraduate student
- Eager to support on operational issues
