About this Position

Henkel’s CHAiNGERS – Young Professional Program in Adhesive Operations is an 18-month, full-time rotational development program designed for professionals with 3–5 years of experience. Based at our Gebkim Factory (Kocaeli) or Tuzla Plant, the program focuses exclusively on core operations functions, offering deep exposure to production processes, operational excellence, and digital transformation in manufacturing. You’ll take ownership of real-life projects, work closely with international teams, and build the foundation for a future leadership role within Henkel Adhesive Technologies.


What you´ll do

  • Join Henkel’s CHAiNGERS Program – an 18-month development experience tailored for young professionals with 3–5 years of experience in operations.
  • Contribute to Henkel’s Digital Transformation and Sustainability goals by driving real impact in our manufacturing operations.
  • Be based at either our Gebkim Factory in Dilovası, Kocaeli or Tuzla Plant, rotating through three 6-month phases that offer deep exposure to production, process improvement, quality, and operational excellence.
  • Lead and contribute to key operational projects that enhance efficiency, safety, and performance on the shopfloor.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across the region and across functions to bring end-to-end solutions to life.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering is required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, production, or plant-based roles — preferably in the chemical or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mindset, with the ability to take initiative in dynamic production environments.
  • Passionate about continuous improvement, process optimization, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and in multicultural teams.
  • Comfortable working full-time in a plant-based, on-site role (Dilovası or Tuzla)-remote or hybrid models do not apply for this program.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Eager to grow into a future leadership role within manufacturing operations.
