What you’ll do?
- Responding to questions via "Yollando's support tool, Phone, Whatsapp, E-Mail and Social Media",
- Resolving problems, and providing other assistance to operations staff
- Booking packages to the Warehouse Management System
- Help with package consolidation, repackaging and shipping processes
- Placing e-commerce orders for customers abroad
- Manage, Prepare and control incoming and outgoing invoices
Aranan Nitelikler
- Minimum 3 days availability in a week is MUST.
- Studying in relevant fields
- Must be well organized, detail oriented, efficient, with good time management, and ready to support
- Ability to use Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Highly organized, self-starter able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and able to prioritize multiple work assignments
- Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay attention to details
