Viravira is Turkey's largest yacht charter platform operating mainly in Turkey, Greece, Croatia, Spain, Italy, and France with more than 3,000 yachts anchored in 250 locations over more than 22 countries worldwide.

Having partnered with more than 20 leading corporations and loyalty programs in Turkey, Viravira is aiming to make boat vacations, which are generally known as hard to organize and expensive, accessible to a wide audience with its 100% online booking process, online payment system, and installment options.

We are planning to enlarge our team in the field of sales and marketing. We are looking for holiday consultants who will be in charge of customer relations, sales functions and marketing. Holiday consultants play a crucial role in our business model as they are the first contact point of our customers.

The candidate will be hired after a short period of training. Our goal is to raise the key executives of the future. The consultant candidates will also have the chance to attend courses in the fields of marketing such as; Digital Marketing and Search Engine Optimization tools and many more.  Successful personnel might get assignments abroad.

Requirements

Pursuing a B.S. or M.S. degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a related field,
A desire to build a career in the Marketing & Sales field with global exposure,
Eager to learn through experience,
Proficiency in English,
Proficiency in additional major languages such as German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, and Chinese are a plus
Prior internships or experience in business, marketing and sales related fields is a plus,
Proficiency in Powerpoint and Excel,
Prior experience in tourism is a plus.
 

Job Description

Being able to create quality content in different languages
Involving in companies marketing activities such as digital marketing, search engine optimization and reaching out to third parties for potential partnerships
Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services before, during and after their holiday,
Responding efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued,
Following and contributing to further develop call center scripts when handling different topics and customer questions,
Building lasting relationships with clients and other team members based on trust and reliability,
Understanding and striving to meet or exceed sales metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service,
Making sales or recommendations for holiday planning that may better suit client needs and wishes,
Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
