We are looking for experienced holiday consultants who will be in charge of customer relations and sales. Holiday consultants play a crucial role in our business model as they're in first in line with our customers. Candidates will be hired after a short period of training. Our goal is to raise managers/executives of the future.
What you'll be doing
- Answer or make calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services before, during and after their holiday
- Respond to customers efficiently and accurately, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued
- Follow and contribute to further develop call centre scripts when handling different topics and customer questions
- Build lasting relationships with clients and other team members based on trust and reliability
- Understand and strive to meet or exceed sales metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service
- Make sales or recommendations for holiday planning that may better suit client needs and wishes
- Create quality content in different languages
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
