We are looking for a dedicated, ambitious and innovative team member with a revolutionary vision to help us actualize Thread In Motion Team’s ideas and goals. You’ll be working with specialized team members of Sales team in a wild,agile,dynamic environment and be responsible for developing sales strategies, doing research, partially handle pre-sales side of the job, developing and closing deals, drawing up innovative strategies, following up dedicated actions and execute plans. Sales team will be collaborating to help shaping up Thread In Motion’s future as a world leading wearable technology company.

Sorumluluklar

  • Identify, engage and qualify new opportunities from a list you will develop named enterprise accounts and close new business opportunities,

 

  • Responsible for achieving quarterly and annual sales targets while following established pricing policies.,

 

  • Maintain a high degree of awareness of customers next best alternatives and communicate competitive challenges in a timely manner to sales management and technology teams,

 

  • Follow a standard sales process method designed by Thread In Motion, sell the value of the solutions to the market ,

 

  • Ensure customer is satisfied during the initial stages of the product implementation ,

 

  • Build relationship with stakeholders and influencers at assigned accounts ,

 

  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to inform managements strategic decision-making using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool, Teamgram,

 

  • Develop strategic accounts plans,

 

  • Play an active role in building organization capability by mentoring and developing SDRs and inside sales reps.

Aranan Nitelikler

  • 4th year/graduate student or fresh graduate in related fields,
  • Able to work minimum 3 days/week ,
  • Good command of written and spoken English ,
  • Good command of Microsoft Office tools ,
  • Result-oriented and strong planning and organization skills ,
  •  Strong technical skills combined with excellent business acumen ,
  •  Excellent collaboration and communication skills ,
  •  An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction ,
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects at once,
  • Strong sense of building strong customer relations,
  • Excellent organizational and data analysis skills ,
  • Strategic Thinker willing to roll up sleeves and execute strategies.,
  • Demonstrated ability to work with global technology and business teams,
  • High attention to detail,
  • A proven track record of delivering a consistent, sustained qualified lead flow to sales through different channels,
  • A data-driven approach to sales. Make fact-based decisions and work proactively with others to share the insights and drive change/improvement in lead gen programs based on the data.
