Sorumluluklar
- Review videos, posts, comments, reviews, photos and live streaming content according to the social network’s policies, workflows, and targets
- Produce frequent reports that track all social engagements
- Operate within the online community moderation guidelines
- Provide excellent support and service to our online community
- Process complaints when necessary
- Regularly share feedback and insights gained from moderation with their team
- Track and remove individuals who do not adhere to established community guidelines
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor
Aranan Nitelikler
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience in content or community moderation is a plus
- Have great oral and written communication skills in English
- Being a social media savvy, following current trends on mobile applications
- To thrive in a fast-paced, change-oriented, active environment
- Being a team player and being reliable
- Must be organized and able to work with some supervision
- Have the ability to react quickly and able to make good judgment calls with little supervision
- Ability to work under pressure with a high sense of urgency
- Ability to work through invasive/disruptive content
- Being able to maintain a high level of engagement and immediate turnaround time
- Having availability to work different shifts is a plus
