This is a call for Full Time Junior Marketing Specialist for our team, which located in Ankara.

Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends.
Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels.
Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.
Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to the senior management team.
Creating and optimizing marketing campaigns within applications to increase in-app behavior within the user lifecycle.
Learn and take responsibility for marketing operations, assigning projects and following up.
Create, measure, analyze, and optimize content performance and user experience across digital channels.
Propose and implement successful optimization strategies and solutions based on data.
Support all marketing activities including content, social media, email marketing and more.

University degree from a relevant field. (Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Communication, etc.)
Advanced knowledge of English is a must. (Written and Oral)
Ability to work collaboratively in an agile, fast-growing and challenging environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Comfortable with presenting to people with different levels of expertise.
Strong understanding of analytics and business tools (Excel, Google Analytics, Google Docs, etc.)
Extensive understanding of marketing elements (including digital marketing such as SEO/Social media, Content, Engagement) and market research methods.
Being insightful – Seeing the story in data, understanding the what and the why.
Awareness of time-management and work division.
Ability to meet deadlines and multi-tasking.
Strong ability to create content.
