Novartis Discovery Millennials Program is a 1 year- extended, project based talent program for new generation whom would like to discover commercial experience with the chance of various trainings, coaching and rotation which will unleash and maximize your full potential.

Who we are looking for Novartis Discovery Millennials?

• Currently 3rd and 4th year students in reputable university, new graduates or master students with an interest in Marketing & Sales at Pharma,
• Able to commit to working at least 3 days per week during 1 year,
• Dynamic, passionate, eager to learn, self motivated, team player, and career driven personality,
• Innovative and creative thinking with analytical capabilities,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Turkish.
