Environnement de travail

I graduated from Istanbul Technical University Computer Engineering in 2021. After graduation, I had the opportunity to work as an ABAP Consultant at Solvia with the Tech Star Program. During my six-month training and orientation process, I had the chance to learn many different technologies such as Fiori and Intelligent RPA, while improving myself in ABAP. Working in a business environment where I could comfortably ask questions about the subjects I was stuck with or was curious about allowed me to progress comfortably in this process. Being able to reach everyone in the company and ask for help, regardless of hierarchy, makes you feel that you are a part of the team. In addition, thanks to the remote working opportunity at Solvia, it has enabled me to use my energy and time better, to be motivated and to work very efficiently.

I graduated from Istanbul Technical University Industrial Engineering in June 2021. In the following September, I started to work as a consultant at Solvia Digital Solutions. From my first day, I saw that Solvia was a very suitable place for someone who would take the first step in their career. I think that the orientation process, which is broad in scope but not boring, adapts the new graduate to business life. The advantage of meeting people from all departments became clearer as time went on, thanks to the common orientation process with people from different departments. I find the courage to try new things and make mistakes, thanks to my manager who always pushes me to learn and never spares his appreciation.
