We are looking for a full-time Marketing Specialist with experience in creating and executing marketing plans while supporting Evreka’s sales and marketing goals by providing creative input to develop and execute multi-channel marketing and communications that drive brand awareness, lead acquisition.
You’ll work with EvrekaCrew, a talented and interdisciplinary team with a strong creative culture and help us deliver high impact work and help them with your market research for the development of Evreka. Since, as EvrekaCrew, we always welcome different perspectives, you’ll feel free to introduce your new ideas while being involved in the conception, development, and maintenance of cutting-edge enhancements and new features. You will be a part of a team in which all the members feel the responsibility to contribute to the overall enhancement of Evreka!
Sorumluluklar
- Implementing a daily marketing plan considering our growth strategy and expansion plan
- Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns and increasing brand awareness by analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.)
- Conducting market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends
- Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.)
- Working in cooperation with a marketing agency that we are working with and executes the process
- Planning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, email, TV, etc.)
- Undertaking individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
- Deciding plans and executes all events that should be a part of during the year by concerning pre, during and after periods and representing Evreka in them
- Planning monthly and quarterly KPIs and success metrics

- Exceptionally strong project management skills to drive multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively and to judge multiple projects quickly
