We are looking for a full-time Crew member who will be a part of our Growth Team to conduct market research for our global growth operations by having a global vision and brave stance for new maneuvers. The main responsibility of the Growth Specialist is to prepare a proper expansion plan and execute it while leading the market expansion operations of Evreka in various countries.

You will work with a talented and interdisciplinary team with a strong creative culture. As the EvrekaCrew, we always welcome different perspectives, you’ll feel free to introduce your new ideas while being involved in the conception, development, and maintenance of cutting-edge enhancements and new features. You will be a part of a team in which all the members feel a responsibility to contribute to the overall enhancement of Evreka!

Sorumluluklar

  • Explore new sales opportunities by pursuing inbound and outbound reach-out cycles
  • Accounts for analysis, recognizing key players and generating interest;
  • Understand the needs and expectations of the customer
  • Maintain and expand your prospects database within your assigned responsibility

Aranan Nitelikler

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged 
  • Has university degree in related fields;
  • Global sales experience is a big plus
  • Capability to work with different teams at the same time 
  • Having command of both verbal and written communication and presentations skills
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment;
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English is required.
  • Extra languages like Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, French or Italian are a BIG plus
