As Boğaziçi Ventures, we are looking for a disruptive, digital, networked, risk-taker, problem solver, energetic, proactive, and analytical thinking team member who will be responsible for different workflows of the fund management process. You'll have a multidisciplinary vision that we believe it is the key element of ruling the successful companies. As a business analyst, your main responsibility will be supporting startup scouting, evaluation processes, and also supporting the Associates.

Sorumluluklar

Scouting startups that fit to fund investment strategy and managing the communication.
Arranging and attending the meetings with the startups and the investment committee. Preparing the documentation needed.
Providing regular help and support to the Associates to prepare a startup summary report that includes market, technology, competitor research, and other information related to the startup and its market by comparing it with different geographies.
Collaborate with portfolio companies to learn what their needs are. Support them for their business development.
Manage all aspects of projects including expectations, communications, scope, timeline and project delivery
Developing the existing connections and adding new prospects to CRM.

Becoming a great communicator and a strategic thinker .
Trying new things and managing these changes effectively .
Good knowledge of digital and mobile technologies and eager to learn new business lines and technologies .
Attention to details and the ability to multi-task .
Excellent presentation, strong communication and relationship building. Strong research, quantitative and analytical skills.
1-2 years of experience is a plus. Non-experienced is also welcomed.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or finance departments .
Good at using MS Office Programs , especially in Excel.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are a must.
