- You build relationships across different functions within the assigned customer or accounts, in order to achieve the company objectives of growing profitability & volume,
- Strategically manage the internal team and workflow process, to ensure excellence across projects,
- Prepare and review activity reports and status reports for clients, providing project analysis,
- Initiate and participate in monthly client meetings and quarterly business reviews.
- Ability to identify business growth opportunities with existing clients and assist in new business development initiatives.
