Onco Future Stars: Future Marketeers is a 1 year- extended, project based talent  program for new generation whom would like to discover commercial experience in a niche therapeutic area’s marketing department. The purpose will be unleashing and maximizing your full potential. 

Job Description

KPIs:

  • Timely and efficient management of Mediport and omnichannel engagement content execution 
  • At least proposition of 1 new digital project to BF’s 
  • Timely management of congress and promotional related activities 

Responsibilities

  • Explore innovation and digitalization projects in pharma industry (including different No-vartis CPO’s) and beyond and come up with new project proposals  
  • Coordinate HCP Portal /Mediport KPI achievements and timeline followups in related BF and drive channel deployment, execution and operational protocols in alignment with SOPs 
  • Ensure timely content readiness in line with site map 
  • Close follow-up of BF content development status 
  • Setting periodic follow-up meetings and follow-up with each PM&MM 
  • Ensure excellent coordination between agency and Novartis 
  • Ensure that content development is on-track with plan 
  • Excellent collaboration and support with Onco Digital and Omnichannel Manager  
  • Follow up of ongoing franchise-based projects İe: Customer Journey Project, Market Research, Disease Awareness Projects etc 
  • Assisting PMs in below mentiond activities:  
  • “Promotional Materials” P3 Agency coordination, P3 process followup and finalization 
  • Followup congress productwise sponsorship for Franchise (Update & Followup Cong-ress file) 
  • Organize and followup booth (digital booth) activities, visuals, posters (Agency coor-dination and P3 process finalization) 
  • Execute and follow up promotional meetings MoH Submission, P3, Contract and PO processes 

Qualifications

  • 4th year students in reputable universities, new graduates or master students with an interest in Marketing at Pharmaceutical sector,
  • Able to commit to working at least 4 days per week during 1 year,
  • Dynamic, passionate, eager to learn, self-motivated, team player, and career driven personality,
  • Innovative and creative thinking with analytical capabilities,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Turkish.
  • Excellent usage of Microsoft programs such as PPT, Word, Excel etc..

 Language skills: Fluent in English
