Initiate and collaborate with other functions to work on Supply Chain improvement projects for Nike Customers
Improve logistics service quality by continuously seeking and analyzing
Ensures all logistics operations are done timely and accurately as well as in line with the company’s global standards
Analyzing logistics infrastructure and making decisions to optimize service level/performance and costs
Provide comprehensive day-to-day reporting data along with tracking information
Prepare and support monthly summary scorecard reports along with tracking metrics
Support the meeting of Supply Chain operational KPIs, targets
Support performance management of key performance indicators – analyze and understand KPIs to identify recurring challenges and link these with training opportunities for the OPS team
Ensures all import operations are done timely, accurately, and in compliance as well as in line with the company’s global standards
Establish efficient import management processes, including timely customs duties/fees payment, paperwork, and data flow from the customs broker
Collaborate with Customs Broker and Export team in Belgium regarding customs documentation
Supporting import team monitoring the local legislation changes in the customs area
Provide Month-end reports in addition to daily, weekly & bi-weekly reports
Execute daily replenishment deliveries from Local DC to Wholesale Partners & Factory Stores
Organize marketplace returns back to the warehouse and track Quality/Quantity check process
