This role provides an outstanding opportunity for a self-motivated candidate to gain insight to multiple aspects of business.

Supporting a busy and very dynamic C-Level you will be responsible for engaging with all aspects of the business as you provide support across various projects.

In this role you will be responsible for the coordination and running of the Executive Office, managing projects and focusing on strategy.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a high level of administrative support to the C-Level
  • Manages the C-Level’s schedule by leveraging their schedule based on knowledge of C-Level’s priorities and availability.
  • Communicates directly, and on behalf of the C-Level, with board members.
  • Undertake special projects as assigned
  • Calendar management, phone communication, email correspondence across multiple time zones
  • Coordinating relevant communications, research information and putting together presentations
  • Follow-up of ongoing work with C-Level direct reports
  • Provide C-Level with background to business performance improvement opportunities
  • Uses discretion and independent judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information in connection with the C-Level’s responsibilities.
  • Maintains highly confidential executive and Board files and correspondence.
  • Adheres to compliance with applicable rules and regulations set in the by-laws regarding board and board committees.
  • Prepares and distributes relevant materials to board members in advance of meetings.
  • Takes minutes at board meetings and specific board committee meetings and transcribes into official records.
  • Maintains computer databases for various reports, committees and mailings.

Aranan Nitelikler

The ideal candidate:

  • New graduate or maximum 3 years working experience, 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, economics or equivalent preferred,
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business would be highly regarded,
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills,
  • Proficient in all standard business software,
  • Knowledgeable about office processes and procedures,
  • Ability to work with integrity, discretion and a professional approach,
  • An ability to manage multiple projects across disciplines,
  • Problem-solving and active listening,
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders,
  • High attention detail, with a focus on quality outcomes,
  • Ability to work autonomously,
  • Well-presented and professional,
  • Ability to work flexible hours when required.
