We are looking for a high potential Talent Management Specialist who will support the whole talent management lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exits.

Sorumluluklar

• Assists the HR Director with all ongoing talent affairs including recruitment for technical & non-technical positions onboarding, development, retention and exits.

• Keeps the HR Information Systems and HR Recruitment Tools up to date. Has the responsibility of keeping the company CV database updated.

• Provides administrative support in the preparation of correspondence, reports, schedules, confidential materials, and various employee issues.

• Organize the schedule of internal and external trainings and has the responsibility of the training reports and documentation after the trainings.

• Assists conducting internal surveys.

• Prepares detailed company-wide presentations for different purposes such as onboarding, employee satisfaction, townhall meetings, etc.

• Will be responsible for attracting and sourcing new talent via university portals and university events.

• Checks candidates' references with their previous employers.

• Executes performance development, career and succession planning, compensation and recognition processes in line with the guidelines.

• Sources suitable candidates through various channels (e.g. Linkedin, Stackoverflow, Youthall).

• Attends all technical & non-technical interviews and keeps proper documentation.

• Promotes our employee brand when communicating with candidates.

• Manages HR Data Analytics, HR Reporting, Daily Management Dashboards and Data Quality across solution domains.

• Conducts the web and social media networking of the company for the prospective candidates with Marketing Team.

• Prepares R&D reports in collaboration with Finance Department.

Aranan Nitelikler

• Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in Human Resources.

• Bachelor's degree preferably from Social Sciences, Business Administration, Industrial or Management Engineering and other related departments.

• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills with an ability to both relate to and communicate with a wide variety of people.

• Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.

• Experience with gathering data and analyzing information skillfully.

• Have a high level of integrity, ethics and trustworthiness.

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.

• Professional knowledge of MS Applications such as excel and power point is required.

• Self-motivation and positive attitude with high level of energy and have strong cultural adaptability.

• Good team player with strong problem-solving skills.

• Experience with HRIS and HR Recruitment Tools (BambooHR & Lever is a plus).
