We’re looking for a highly - motivated Community Manager Intern who will work with us to build the connection between our community team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and engaging with the online community in a way which builds brand awareness. They will work cross functionally with internal partners to understand brand objectives in order to communicate effectively with customers and team.

- Engaging with customers to build relationships with the community and encourage engagement.
- Create a strategy for developing the community team.
- Responsible for community team member’s content creation.
- Organize and plan the events, meetups for our community to build community and increase project awareness.
- Use Google Analytics and other measurement tools.
- Handling and building up communications with the user base and members of specialized social media groups.
- Communicating with team and gathering feedback.
- Writing reports and keeping project records.

What you need:
- Advanced level in English is a MUST.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize team.
- Prefered personal qualities: stress-tolerant, quick learning, highly adaptive to change, friendly, responsible, creative, and attentive to detail.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and people-centric.
- Significant interest on social media trends.
- Proven track record of building, engaging and nurturing social followers.
- Develop strategies, tone of voice and visual identity to take the brand’s social media presence to the next level.
- Targeting to reach larger audiences.
- Grow and expand social media presence into new social media platforms, increase presence on platforms.
- Showing success and grabbing feedbacks by regular results.
- Experience in content marketing, social media management and related fields.
- Knowledge of the inner workings of social media channels.
